This is a wonderful cook book written by a colleague and teacher of mine. It is a must have if you are interested in preparing and eating food to nourish you body and soul. You will learn about the fundamentals of nutrition as well as how you can easily convert your pantry with wholesome products. The recipes are simple and absolutely delicious. This book is a vegetarian book containing a wide range of categories, from Breakfast and Juices, to Cooked and Raw Main Dishes, and Cooked and Raw Desserts. 288 pages. I highly recommend it.
